Student Protests Over School Conditions Spread Across France
BAREEN Media – Student protests over teacher shortages, overcrowded classrooms, long school hours, and deteriorating school buildings have spread to cities across France.
Protesters aged between 15 and 18 are also calling for improved learning conditions and action to address extreme heat in classrooms during the warmer months.
As the protests have expanded and clashes with police have been reported, thousands of students have been arrested, while some schools have shifted to online classes.
The protests reflect growing concerns among students over school conditions and the quality of the educational environment in France.
