Trump Questions Release of Five Suspects in RAF Fairford Case

Bareen Media – U.S. President Donald Trump has questioned the British decision to release five men on bail after they were arrested near RAF Fairford, a British airbase used by U.S. forces.

The five men, all British nationals in their 20s, were arrested after a local farmer reported suspicious vans and masked individuals near the base. British counterterrorism police said the men remain under investigation and are subject to strict bail conditions.

Trump said the incident “might be” linked to Iran and added that he would not have released the suspects on bail. However, British authorities have not established a foreign connection, and Iran has denied involvement.

Police are examining several possible explanations, including involvement by a foreign state or its proxies, while the investigation remains ongoing. No final determination about the suspects’ motive has been announced.
