Eight others, including two more children, are in stable condition and were taken to John Hunter Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An 18-year-old P-plate driver was arrested at the scene and taken to hospital for mandatory testing. Police said their initial inquiries indicate the incident is not believed to be terror-related.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The crash also forced the Newcastle Knights to divert their planned team farewell procession.
