Across the country, schools, colleges and government institutions have also organized events highlighting his life and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gandhi became internationally known for using peaceful protest, civil disobedience and mass mobilization during India\u2019s struggle against British rule.
