In the Alpes Maritimes region alone, 10 high school students were detained Monday over allegations involving fires and projectiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lecornu has called for protesters and political leaders to avoid violence and said students and school staff must be protected.
