Ireland Investigates Fatal House Fire That Killed Four Family Members

Two people have been charged in connection with a suspected arson attack in Waterford, Ireland, that killed four members of the same family, including two young children.

According to LBC, Philip and Kim English and their sons, Callum, 12, and Jayden, nine, died after a fire at their home on 13 October. Two other children from the family remain in critical condition in hospital.

The accused man and woman appeared before Clonmel District Court on 17 October. They face charges of criminal damage and assault causing serious harm. The investigation remains ongoing, and the charges do not establish responsibility for the fatal fire.
