Taliban Accused of Beating and Detaining Girls in Kabul
Bareen Media – Local sources say Taliban forces beat and detained three to four girls in Khair Khana, near Sarai Shamali in northern Kabul, on Sunday evening.
A Kabul resident said the girls were taken away by Taliban forces after they were reportedly beaten. Their current whereabouts and condition remain unclear.
The reported incident comes amid previous reports of women being detained in Kabul and Herat, including cases linked to alleged violations of Taliban dress restrictions.
The latest claim has not been independently verified, and the Taliban have not publicly commented on the reported incident.
